Advisors can provide you with guidance based on your unique situation and can help you create a financial plan to help you reach your retirement goals.

*Westamerica Bank partners with Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC (SPF) to support the delivery of investment services. SPF is a subsidiary of Atria Wealth Solutions, which has agreed to be purchased by LPL Holdings, Inc. (LPL). The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024. At the time the transaction closes, LPL will then own SPF.

Approximately one month before the deal closes, you may receive a negative consent letter by mail. These letters are standard regulatory disclosures designed to provide you with all the necessary information about the upcoming changes and to obtain your consent by default unless you express otherwise.

The transaction is not expected to result in any immediate change to clients’ relationship with their financial professionals, the fees paid, the investments in their accounts or the custodian where investment assets are held.

There are additional items pertaining to this change that will occur in 2025, which we will inform you of as we approach those dates. Upon receiving a negative consent letter, no action is required from you.
