Important Information About COVID-19

As we monitor the developing situation with COVID-19, our top priority is the well-being of our customers and our employees. Currently our branches and customer service centers remain open and we are taking common-sense measures to ensure the safety of all.

  • We have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols at all of our locations.
  • We are keeping our employees safe by limiting travel and in-person meetings.
  • We are communicating with employees to ensure that they stay at home if they are experiencing symptoms or are of high risk.

While most of our branches are open for business as usual, we offer many additional banking options that do not require a visit inside the branch.

StarConnect Plus Online Banking: With online access to your account, you can do the following:

  • View your balances and monitor transactions
  • Transfer funds between your Westamerica accounts
  • Send a secure e-mail to a Customer Service Representative
  • Pay bills
  • Order copies of cleared checks
  • Request stop payments

24-Hour Automated Telephone Banking
With our 24-Hour Automated Telephone Banking service you have access to your checking, savings, money market, installment loan and personal credit line accounts. You can check your balances, monitor transactions and transfer money. Call (800) 848-1088.

ATM Network
You can access our network of 
ATMs located throughout Northern and Central California to withdraw cash, make deposits and transfer money.

Drive Up Tellers
Many Westamerica branches offer Drive Up Teller services which means you can do your banking transactions from the comfort of your vehicle.

ExpressDeposit Remote Deposit Capture
